Tim Richardson
Tim qualified as a solicitor many years ago and was a Managing Partner in a top 500 firm specialising in high end freehold and leasehold residential property purchase and sales.
He also acted for a foreign bank in connection with their secured lending on commercial property. He has experience in remortgaging, shared ownership and equity transfers.
He will now be assisting mainly with commercial property matters including retail, freehold developments, and leasehold units.
His interests outside work revolve around his 3 dogs and share in a racehorse.
