Since being made a director in early 2022, Samuel works within the leadership team who has ultimate management of the firm. The firm’s leadership team takes charge of the company's strategic direction and growth as well as taking care of the day-to-day duties.

Samuel Cash is one of the firm's current Directors and is responsible for overseeing and implementing operations within the firm.
Samuel joined Bennett Oakley Solicitors in 2017 and is currently the firm's Practice Manager, Compliance officer for Financial Administration (COFA), Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) and Money Laundering Compliance Officer (MLCO).
Samuel studied local to Sussex and has further gained various accounting qualifications through AAT and management qualifications through other role specific providers.
