James is the firm’s Managing Director, combining leadership of the business with specialist expertise in both contentious and non-contentious commercial law. He is highly regarded for his ability to quickly grasp the key issues in a matter and deliver practical, cost-effective strategies tailored to his clients’ goals.
His contentious experience spans a wide range of disputes, from small claims through to multi-million-pound cross-jurisdictional cases. He has particular expertise in commercial litigation, consumer credit litigation, contentious probate, and intellectual property disputes.
