Role Overview: Are you an experienced and motivated legal professional looking for a new challenge? Bennett Oakley Solicitors is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lawyer within the Private Client Department. This is a fee-earning role that will contribute significantly to the department's profitability while ensuring the firm's successful development in line with our current Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities: As a Lawyer in the Private Client Department, you will: • Manage a diverse caseload comprising Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax work, and Estate Administration.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of private client law.

• Ensure high standards of work and client care.

• Report directly to the Senior Lawyer/Department Head.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with: • Extensive experience in private client law, with a proven track record in handling Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax work, and Estate Administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• A proactive and strategic mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
