Bennett Oakley Solicitors are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team based in our Burgess Hill office.
Our Commercial Property team deal with all aspects of commercial real estate legal issues; including:
- acquisitions and disposals;
- commercial leasing;
- asset management;
- development; and
- real estate elements of corporate/asset sales.
We act for landowners, landlords, tenants/occupiers, developers, local government, lenders and real estate professionals across the industry.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have relevant commercial property experience. In particular:
- asset management work (including licences for alterations, licences to assign, deeds of surrender and agreements for lease);
- negotiating leases (acting for both landlords and tenants);
- ability to manage files from start to completion;
- The successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrating initiative, as well as part of a team.
Salary will be subject to experience. The firm and department offers a good work-life balance and encourage paperless and agile methods of working.
