Bennett Oakley Solicitors, established in 1957, has announced the launch of its new brand identity. The rebrand marks the next chapter in the firm’s journey as Sussex’s first employee-owned law firm.
The rebrand marks Bennett Oakley’s evolution from a trusted local practice to an award-winning, employee-owned law firm. The new identity and website reflect a modern, approachable service rooted in the values of collaboration and trust.
The move to employee ownership, a first for law firms in Sussex, has also shaped the way Bennett Oakley operates. With every employee holding a stake in the business, the team is uniquely positioned to provide legal advice that places clients at the heart of decision-making.

The new website and brand identity were created in partnership with Detail, an award-winning Reigate-based website development and branding agency, who worked closely with the Bennett Oakley team to bring their vision to life.
