Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters. This role will involve handling the full spectrum of conveyancing work, including:
- Sales and Purchases
- Shared Ownership transactions
- New Builds
- Re‑mortgages
You will play a key part in the continued success of our employee‑owned firm while enjoying the unique benefits of shared ownership.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Work closely with a dedicated support team and delegate effectively.
- Provide clear, expert advice to clients on all property‑related matters.
- Stay updated on legislation and conduct legal research where required.
- Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other parties.
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and organised records.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience.
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and property law.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service.
