Michaela qualified as a Legal Executive in 2013 and has always specialised in Family Law.
Michaela has experience dealing with private law children matters (including with whom a child is to live and with whom they will spend time), domestic violence (injunctions and cases involving children), divorce and civil partnership dissolution financial disputes and settlements within divorce/dissolution and unmarried family breakdown, issues arising under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act and other separation matters.
Michaela also deals with Cohabitation, Pre-Nuptial and Separation Agreements.
