The finalists for The Dynamic Awards 2026 have officially been revealed, following an intensive three-stage judging process that showcased the very best of female leadership across the South East.
Widely recognised as the region’s leading awards programme celebrating businesswomen, The Dynamic Awards honour those driving innovation, growth and excellence across every sector.
Among this year’s finalists is Sarah Rowland, Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Oakley Solicitors, who has been shortlisted for Property Professional of the Year in recognition of her leadership and outstanding contribution to the property sector.
Under Sarah’s leadership, Bennett Oakley Solicitors has continued to strengthen its reputation as one of the region’s leading law firms, delivering expert legal advice while supporting clients through complex property transactions and developments. Her nomination reflects both her professional achievements and her commitment to driving excellence within the legal and property industries.

This year’s distinguished judging panel, made up of respected business leaders and industry experts, undertook a rigorous evaluation process. Each submission was meticulously reviewed and scored, followed by in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates. The process concluded with a powerful judges’ meeting, where finalists — and ultimately category winners, were determined after thoughtful discussion and passionate debate.
The judging panel included representatives from, The English Soap Company, Omny Group, Growth Animal Marketing, FRP Advisory, MDHUB, Monan Gozzett, SpaBreaks, Creative Pod, Move Different, Kreston Reeves, Benchmark Financial Planning, NESCOT, Chichester College Group and Dynamic Magazine.
