James adopts a clear, pragmatic approach to his work and has over 25 years’ experience assisting clients to navigate the often complex and nuanced field of commercial property law.
James acts for individuals, businesses, pension companies and charities and endeavours to ensure that the individual needs of the client are met at all times. He has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters, property development and secured lending with a particular focus on commercial leasehold transactions.
James’ notable accomplishments include the acquisition and disposal of high-value construction and development sites and acting for self-invested pension plans in relation to the acquisition of property portfolios.
