Bernadette joined Bennett Oakley after completing her law degree (2015) and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford, qualifying as a solicitor in 2024. Since then, she’s established a strong reputation for offering clear, sensitive guidance tailored to each client’s needs.
She specialises in crafting Wills and Trusts, handling probate matters, setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advising on inheritance and tax planning. Bernadette also brings expertise in residential and elderly care planning, helping families plan ahead with confidence.
