Wills are prepared very quickly if required. Usually the cost is only £75 plus VAT. We also store wills in our strongroom and provide a copy for you to keep at home, free of charge.
We will also prepare lifetime settlements and advise generally on financial matters.

Probate
If you need advice following a death in the family, remember that Bennett Oakley & Partners have a probate department. It handles no other work and so ensures that the administration of estates always receives priority.
